ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS,
REGARDING LIQUOR LICENSE CLASSIFICATIONS
LAS PALMAS RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, has established license
classifications and fees for persons and premises that sell alcoholic beverages at retail and has,
from time to time, amended these license classifications and fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
MCHENRY, McHenry County, Illinois as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4-6(1) of the Municipal Code relating to liquor license
classifications is hereby amended by increasing the number of Class "A" Liquor Licenses from
twenty-six (26) to twenty-seven (27).
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the terms and provisions
hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the
authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
