An Ordinance Amending City of McHenry Municipal Code
Chapter 16, Parks and Recreation
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY,
MCHENRY COUNTY, as follows:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 16, Section 1648(b) Charges for park and recreation facilities
of McHenry Municipal Code, shall be amended as follows:
(b) PICNIC RESERVATIONS. The rental fee and deposit for group picnic reservations
will be as follows:

SECTION 4: If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, sentence or provision of this
ordinance shall be adjudged by any Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment
shall not affect, impair, invalidate or nullify the remainder thereof, which remainder shall remain
and continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 5: All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict are hereby repealed to the extend
of such conflict.
SECTION 6: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
