An Ordinance amending the Municipal Code and the Subdivision
Control Ordinance increasing the number of Plan Commissioners
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, as follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 3.1 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance of the City of
McHenry shall be amended to read as follows:
3.1 The Plan Commission of the City of McHenry shall consist of Ten (ten) Members
appointed by the Mayor and subject to confirmation by the City Council.
SECTION 2: That Section 2-200 of the McHenry Municipal Code shall be amended to
read as follows:
There is hereby created a Plan Commission of the City of McHenry which shall consist
of Ten (10) Members.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict are hereby repealed to the extend
of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the
authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
