AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13-610 NO PARKING 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. ON
SCHOOL DAYS in the City of McHenry Municipal Code shall be amended by
adding the following:
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to park
such vehicle between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on
school days in the following location:
5. Driftwood Trail on the west side of the street between
Winding Creek and Glenbrook
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the terms
and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordiance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
