MC-00- 759 AN ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows: SECTION 1. Section 4-6(4) of the Municipal Code relating to liquor license classifications is hereby amended by increasing the number of Class 'IF (2)" Liquor Licenses from six (6) to seven (7). SECTION 2. That License Number F(2)(7) shall be issued to LaRosita Grocery located at 4605 West Elm Street, McHenry, Illinois, subject to the condition that an English speaking employee be on the premises at all times when the establishment is open. SECTION 3. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law PASSED and APPROVED this 16th day of August, 2000.
