EL.. ..ET McHENRY, ILLINOIS o- 05�,5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McHENRY WHEREAS, a public hearing was had before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of McHenry after proper notice being given therefor, and WHEREAS, the said 'Zoning Board of Appeals did consider the request of the Petitioner, THE FIRST BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF PALATINE, as Trustee under the provisions of a Trust Agreement dated the 29th day of March, 1971, and known as Trust No. 10332, for re- classification of property hereinafter described from "R-211 One -Family District to "B-l" Commercial Retail District, such property being described as follows: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridan, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 4 in Shady Crest Subdivision; thence North 5 degrees 01 minutes 33 seconds along the Westerly line of said Lot 4, 458. 02 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 4 and also the center line of State Route 120; thence South 74 degrees 16 minutes 28 seconds East, along said State Highway center line, 494. 68 feet to the Northeast corner of the property formerly owned by Henry C. Wohlert and Rosina C. Wohlert (as described in Book 376 of Deeds, page 117, in McHenry County, Illinois); thence South 1 degree 00 minutes 43 seconds West along the Easterly line of said Wohlert property, 322. 23 feet to the South line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 27; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the said South line, 510. 61 feet to the point of beginning, all containing 4.4438 acres, more or less, in McHenry County, Illinois, AND, WHEREAS, subsequent to the taking of evidence and viewing of exhibits at such public hearing, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended the reclassification desired based on the continuing commercial growth in the area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry that the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry, LOOZE ' ATT, 1 3A31 W. MCHENRY, 'NE .T .,JOIS and such Ordinance as amended, be and hereby is amended to effect the reclassification of the above -described premises as "B-l" Commercial Retail District under the said Ordinance.
