The Regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Council Mayor Stanek on Monday, December 7, 1981 at 8 P.M. At roll call the Meeting following aldermen were present: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Also in attendance were Supt. Weber, Attorney Attendance Narusis, Clerk Gilpin, Chief Pasenelli, Park Director Merkel. Motion by Wieser, seconded by Serritella, to approve the minutes of the November 30, 1981 regular meeting as presented. Voting Aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Motion by Wieser, seconded by Datz, to have Neal and Cecelia Agreements Giuntoli, present owners of Lots 102 and 103 in McHenry Golf Course Sub- division, sign a Sewer Maintenance Agreement whereby all future owners of that property will be bound by that agreement and to authorize the Sewer city clerk to record the document with the McHenry County Recorder of Deeds. Voting Aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Motion by Wieser, seconded by Meurer, to authorize the issuance ` of a check in the amount of the net proceeds of the sale of the Charles Land J. Miller property on Bull Valley Road taking into consideration the Aquisitions credits which were established by the previously signed contract. Voting Aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith, i Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. 1 Motion by Wieser, seconded by Smith, to authorize the city to Authorization provide water service to the Edward Thennes property at 904 N. Front Street by extending a pipe under Front Street (Rt. 31) with the city to obtain proper permits from the State of Illinois and to instruct Supt. Weber to investigate use of Cablevision's equipment for drilling under the highway. Water Voting Aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith, Extension Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Mayor Stanek instructed the Utilities Committee to review page Committees 1526 of the Municipal Code book and report back with recommendations for amendment of Section 26-31. I The Park Committee was asked to report back at the next regular Committees meeting with recommendations on a revised Picnic Permit for 1982. Park Programs Mayor Stanek called a recess at 9:17 P.M. The meeting reconvened at 9:30 P.M. with everyone still in attendance. Motion by Wieser, seconded by Nolan, to approve the recommendation of the License Committee not to increase the number of Class "H" liquor Licenses licenses from three to fourat this time to meet the request of McDeli's at Liquor 3406 W. Elm Street. Voting Aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Serritella, Meurer, Smith. Voting Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Authorization Motion by Smith, seconded by Serritella, to authorize and approve Knox Park payment of the Dodge Plumbing bill in the amount of $989.58 for work done Development on the bath house showers. Voting Aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Serritella, Meurer, Smith. Voting Nay: Wieser. Absent: None. Motion carried. Boone Mayor Stanek presented a check from Jack Phalin for $250 for Creek the Boone Creek dredging fund. Dredging Motion by Wieser, seconded by Smith, to adjourn.
