MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 1981 8:00 P.M.
The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Council
Mayor Stanek on Monday, November 30, 1981 at 8 P.M. At roll call the Meeting
following aldermen were present: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser,
Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Also in attendance were Supt. Weber, Attorney Attend-
Narusis, Clerk Gilpin, Chief Pasenelli, Park Director Merkel. ance
Motion by Smith, seconded by Datz, to approve the minutes of
the November 16, 1981 regular meeting as presented.
Voting Aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith,
Serritella, Meurer.
Voting Nay: None.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
A request for a Class "H" liquor license by McHenry Delicatessen Committee

Motion by Pepping, seconded by Harker, to approve the recommenda-
tion of the Finance Committee to give a one-time bonus to the city employees Employees
as follows: regular part-time employees (4) - $300; regular full-time Bonus
employees (44) $500; supervisory personnel (8) $600; department heads (4)
$800.
Voting Aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith,
Serritella, Meurer.

Motion by Pepping, seconded by Harker, to authorize payment of

the traditional Christmas check for $10 to other city employees not covered Employees

Mayor Stanek called for a recess at 8:55 P.M. The meeting
reconvened at 9:06 P.M. with everyone still in attendance.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Smith, to approve the sewer
hookup permit for Neil Guintoli at 711 N. Country Club Drive and to make

$419.01 and payment of $10,976.51 for Phase II partial engineering.
