THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 1980 7:30 P.M.
Mayor Stanek called to order the recessed Public Hearing on the
Third Amendment to a Pre -Annexation Agreement by McHenry Lakes Manor at
7:40 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, 1980. At roll call the following al-
dermen were present: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Schooley,
Meurer. Absent: Adams. Also in attendance were City Attorney Narusis,
City Clerk Gilpin and engineer John Smith of Wexford Group, developer for
McHenry Lakes Manor.
Mayor Stanek announced that he had been informed that Petitioner's
Attorney, Dan Curran, had been involved in an automobile accident just prior
to this meeting and he would be unable to attend tonight's hearing. It was
decided to proceed with discussions on the revised pre -annexation agreement
as submitted by the Petitioner several days before this hearing. Attorney
Narusis reviewed the proposed annexation agreement in detail. After his
review, it was decided to recess this hearing to another date when the Pe-
titioner's attorney could be in attendance to present the necessary documents
in proper form.
Motion by Wieser, seconded by Harker, to recess this Public Hearing
to Monday, November 17, 1980 at 8:00 p.m. at the Regular Council meeting.
Voting aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Schooley, Meurer.
Voting nay: None.
Absent: Adams.
Motion carried.
Meeting recessed at 8:40 p.m.
