ments the City of McHenry and McHenry Sand and Gravel Company on April 30, 1979, in
Rater
Dept. connection, with a Water Well on the Sand & Gravel Compan_v industrial property
on the south side of Route 120. At one time, it was fel+ the Well could be of
some future value to the city's water supply system. However, city engineers
IT Baxter & Woodman, recently inspected the Well and advised that because of limited
capacity, a history of screen clogging problems, physical condition and other
significant drawbacks, the Well would be of little value if any to the City .

facts, he proposed that Items 1 and 8 in the original agreeement be waived.
