The Regular Meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Stanek on Monday, July 19, 1982 at 8 P.M. At roll call the follow- ing aldermen were present: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Absent: None. Motion by Wieser, seconded by Nolan, to pass an ordinance amend- ing the Solicitation Ordinance and setting a fee for Class "B" Solicitors at $50.00 per organization and $5.00 per person with no charges for Class "A" Solicitor. Voting Aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Harker, to authorize and approve issuance of picnic beer permits as follows: Moravec Family on August 14 and McHenry Hospital Emergency Medical Department on August 11. Voting Aye: Pepping, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. The License Committee was instructed to investigate methods of licensing bicycles. The Public Property Committee was instructed to investigate possible sale of the abandoned Bauer Well Property on Fairway Drive as well as any other unused city property.
