MONDAY, JULY 6, 1981 8 P.M.
The Regular Meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor
Council
Stanek on Monday, July 6, 1981 at 8 P.M. At roll call the following aldermen Mtgā¢
were present: Meurer, Serritella, Wieser, Datz, Harker, Nolan, Pepping. Absent:

Smith. Also in attendance were Supt. Weber, Attorney Narusis, Clerk Gilpin, ance
Treasurer Meyer, Park Director Merkel.
Motion by Nolan, seconded by Datz, to accept the minutes of the June 29,
1981 regular meeting as read.
Voting Aye: Meurer, Serritella, Wieser, Datz, Harker, Nolan, Pepping.
Voting Nay: None.
Absent: Smith.
Motion carried.
Mayor Stanek nominated Bob Logan of 4829 Pyndale Drive to the Library Appoint-
ments
Board to fill the unexpired term of Pat Lawler with the term to expire 7-1-83.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Datz, to concur with the mayor's nomination

Absent: Smith.
Motion carried.
Motion by Pepping, seconded by Nolan, to pass an Ordinance amending Ordinance

Ordinance amendments passed tonight in pamphlet form.

Motion carried.
Motion by Wieser, seconded by Meurer, to defer action on the fence

Motion by Pepping, seconded by Datz, that Ippolito be required to

in approving his fence permit, the City should reimburse him for all costs of

There not being a sufficient majority to pass the motion, Stanek declared the

Mayor Stanek conferred with Ippolito who agreed to continue the matter
