Prior to the start of the Special Meeting, newly elected Aldermen were Coun. sworn in by Mayor Stanek. They are William J. Bolger, Alderman Ward 1, William J. Mtg. Busse, Alderman Ward 2, Frank S. McClatchey, Alderman Ward 3, Gary E. Snell, Specia Alderman Ward 4. Mtgs. The Special Meeting of the McHenry City Council was called to order by Coun. Mayor Stanek on Monday, April 25, 1983 at 11:07 p.m. in City Hall for the purpose Mtg. of seating newly elected Aldermen and the insurance of 1983-84 fiscal year Alcoholic Beverage Licenses. Attend. At roll call the following Aldermen were present: Bolger, Nolan, Busse, Datz, McClatchey, Smith, Snell, Serritella. Absent: None. City Staff in attendance were Supt. Halvensleben, Attorney Narusis, Clerk Gilpin, Chief Pasenelli, Park Director Merkel. Mayor Stanek announced that the following liquor licenses would be issued for the 1983-84 fiscal year. Class "A" Liquor Licenses by 1, from 19 to 18; Class "B" Liquor Licenses by 1, from 5 to 4 and Class "H" by 1, from 5 to 4. Voting Aye: Bolger, Nolan, Busse, Datz, McClatchey, Smith, Snell, Serritella. Voting Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Evo Manzardo and George Tourville, former liquor license holders of Fox Hole Tap, were unable to renew their liquor license because of non - renewal of their lease. It was the cor,sersus of the City Council that if they sought another liquor license at a later date in another location in the City, none of the Aldermen had any problem with issuing them another license in another location upon reapplication. point- Mayor Stanek announced that all standing committees and Annual ents Appointments would stand as is until further action is taken by him. mmittees Motion by Smith, seconded by McClatchey, to adjourn. Voting Aye: Bolger, Nolan, Busse, Datz, McClatchey, Smith, Snell, Serritella. Voting Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 11:21 P.M. Mayor Clerk
