MONDAY, APRIL 19, 1982 7:30 P.M.
The Public Hearing on the 1982-83 Fi cal Year Control Budget
was called to order by Mayor Stanek on Monday, April 19, 1982 at 7:38 P.M.
At roll call the following aldermen were prese t: Nolan, Pepping, Harker,
Datz, Wieser, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Abse t: None.
Also in attendance were Supt. Weber, Clerk Gilpin and Chief
Pasenelli; Reporters Donna Bertulis, Lloyd Burger and Barbara Ansell; Jim
Wiser and Gary Gough of the Water Department; Sgt. Dan Kinnerk and Tony
Militano of the Police Department.
The purpose of the hearing was to allow the public to participate
in the discussion and present oral or written statements regarding the
proposed Control Budget and the relationship o Revenue Sharing allocations
to that budget. i
Mayor Stanek asked if anyone in the audience wished to make oral
or written comments on the proposed budget. There was no reply.
Motion by Nolan, seconded by Datz, t concur with the recommenda-
tions of the Finance Committee and make the following allocations for
Revenue Sharing funds to be received in the 1982-83 Fiscal Year.
Utilities Improvements $ 80,000.00
McHenry Area Rescue Squad 7,500.00
Mosquito Abatement 22,000.00
Capital Equipment Items 27,200.00
$136,700.00
Voting Aye: Nolan, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Smith,
Serritella, Meurer.
Voting Nay: None.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
There being no further discussion on the budget, the hearing was
adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
