Improvement Motion by Smith, seconded by Nolan, to authorize and approve the issuance of 34 picnic beer permits and 3 special event beer permits as submitted by the Park Department. Motion by Nolan, seconded by Datz, to inform Woodstock Financial Services Limited that the City Council agrees with the concept of manufactured homes (factory built) for construction in McHenry Lakes Estates as presented by John P. Gould. Voting Aye: Nolan, Datz, Meurer. Voting Nay: Busse, Smith, Serritella. Pass: Gelwicks Absent: Pepping. Motion did not carry. Motion by Datz, seconded by Busse, to accept the March Treasurer's Report as presented. Voting Aye: Nolan, Busse, Datz, Gelwicks, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None. Absent: Pepping. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Meurer, to accept the March Clerk's Report as presented. Voting Aye: Nolan, Busse, Datz, Gelwicks, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None. Absent: Pepping. Motion carried. Motion by Datz, seconded by Busse, to authorize Baxter & Woodman to receive and review proposals from equipment manufacturers for installation of the centrifuge at the Sewer Plant for a fee of $1,000. Motion by Datz, seconded by Nolan, to authorize the Liquor Commissioner Liquor (Mayor Stanek) to issue an alcoholic beverage license to Wag's Restaurant effec- Contro tive April 26, 1983 for the 1983-84 fiscal year and to waive any additional fee & Lic. for the 5 days prior to May 1, 1983. Voting Aye: Nolan, Busse, Datz, Gelwicks, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None Absent: Pepping Motion carried. Mayor Stanek read a letter from Chief Pasenelli commending Officers Jeffery Forrester and Richard Meier for their work in apprehending an offender during a burglary in progress complaint on April 4, 1983. He expressed his thanks to City & them on behalf of the Council and all the citizens of McHenry.
