Motion by Nolan, seconded by Datz, to inform Woodstock Financial Services Limited that the City Council agrees with the concept of manufactured homes (factory built) for construction in McHenry Lakes Estates as presented by John P. Gould. Voting Aye: Nolan, Datz, Meurer. Voting Nay: Busse, Smith, Serritella. Pass: Gelwicks Absent: Pepping. Motion did not carry. Motion by Datz, seconded by Busse, to accept the March Treasurer's Report as presented. Voting Aye: Nolan, Busse, Datz, Gelwicks, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None. Absent: Pepping. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Meurer, to accept the March Clerk's Report as presented. Voting Aye: Nolan, Busse, Datz, Gelwicks, Smith, Serritella, Meurer. Voting Nay: None. Motion by Datz, seconded by Busse, to authorize Baxter & Woodman to receive and review proposals from equipment manufacturers for installation of the centrifuge at the Sewer Plant for a fee of $1,000. Mayor Stanek read a letter from Chief Pasenelli commending Officers Jeffery Forrester and Richard Meier for their work in apprehending an offender during a burglary in progress complaint on April 4, 1983.
