MONDAY, MARCH 30, 1981
The Public Hearing regarding the Proposed Control Budget for Fiscal Public
Hrg.
Year 1981-82 was called to order by Mayor Stanek at 7:30 P.M. on Monday, March 30,
1981. At this hearing the public was invited to participate in the discussion Budget
and present oral or written statements regarding the proposed control budget
Revenue
and the relationship of Revenue Sharing allocations to that budget. s haringi
At roll call the following aldermen were present: Nolan, Harker,
Datz, Wieser, Adams, Schooley, Meurer. Absent: Pepping. Also in attendance
were Supt. Weber, Attorney Narusis, Clerk Gilpin, Louis Marchi and reporters
Ricki Hoffman and Tony Oliver.
Mayor Stanek asked if anyone wanted to present oral or written
statements to the Council regarding the proposed budget. Louis Marchi of
7319 W. Trey Road, McHenry, asked to address the Council to read a statement
from Michael R. Teta of 1129 N. Manchester Mall, McHenry. Teta was unable
to be present as he was out of town.
Marchi read Teta's statement and presented a copy to the Mayor for
the record. His main concern was the proposed allocation of $25,000 of
Revenue Sharing funds for mosquito abatement.

Mayor Stanek asked if there were any aldermen or other persons in

the audience who wished to address the Council concerning the budget and no sharing
one replied.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Nolan, to adjourn.
Voting Aye: Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Adams, Schooley, Meurer.
Voting Nay: None.
Absent: Pepping.
Motion carried.
Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:42 P.M.
