TUESDAY, MARCH 20, 1990 8 P.M.
The Committee Meeting of the Whole was called to order by Mayor
Busse on Tuesday, March 20, 1990, at 8 P.M. at City Hall. The following
Aldermen were present: Bolger, Donahue, Lieder, Teta, Smith,
McClatchey, Patterson, Serritella. Absent: None. Also in attendance
were City Clerk Gilpin, Jeff Zronkowski of Legat Architects and Kit
Carstens of Prime Development.
Revised floor plans were presented for Council review. The
plans now show a two story building with the Police Department, City
Administration, Court and Council Rooms on the first floor. On the
second floor is the Park Department, Public Works and Building & Zoning
Departments.
The rendering of the building was shown but since the initial
rendering was done, many changes had been done to the outside of the
building.
It appeared that all of the Aldermen were in favor of
constructing a shell which could be expanded in the future for more
office use.
Several changes were suggested on the second floor to have the
general public come up the stairs directly to either the Park Secretary
of the Building and Zoning Secretary.
Several
configuration of

exterior design.
Aldermen were not pleased with the exterior design or
the building. Legat was asked to make the revisions as
floor plan and come back with another rendering of an
