FEBRUARY 21, 1990 7:00 P.M.
Present: Mayor Busse, Aldermen Bolger, Donahue, Teta, Lieder,
Smith, McClatchey, SerritelIa. Absent: Patterson. City Staff in
attendance were: Clerk Gilpin, Chief Joyce„ Attorney Narusis, Park
Director Merkel. Also in attendance were Kit Carstens of Prime
Development and Jeff Sronkoski of Legat Architects.
Preliminary floor plans and two site plans were presented for
review. Discussion continued until 8 p.m. when the Committee Meeting of
the Whole was recess for further discussion during the Regular Council
meeting which followed this Committee Meeting of the Whole.
The meeting was recessed at 8:00 P.M.
