Harker reported that the Utilities Committee recommended granting
the water use for Illinois Coil Springs Company during a pilot program. If
expansion of the plant occurs next year, the Committee suggests the water

build a tower at its plant and recycle the water. Water use for the pilot
program was projected by Illinois Coil officials at 600,000 gallons per
month. If expansion occurs, the gallonage would go to approximately
1,650,000 per month.
