Minutes of the City of McHenry
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
June 6, 2002
The June 6, 2002 Meeting of the City of McHenry Planning and Zoning Commission was called
to order by City Planner Martin at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the McHenry Municipal
Center. Commission members in attendance: None. Absent: Buhrman, Cadotte, Ekstrom,
Franzen, Howell, Nadeau, Thacker.
PUBLIC HEARING CASE Z-551– NETTLETON, 3100-3102 LINCOLN ROAD
City Planner Martin, noting deficiencies in the Zoning Petition Filing by Applicants William and
Nancy Nettleton, regarding the zoning reclassification to C5 Highway Commercial District upon
annexation and variations to the properties located at 3100 Lincoln Road and 3102 Lincoln Road
recessed the Public Hearing until July 18, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. The Public Hearing was recessed at
7:32 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
