Planning and Zoning Commission
Workshop Meeting
April 19, 2007
Chairman Howell called the April 19, 2007 regularly scheduled meeting of the City of McHenry
Planning and Zoning Commission to order at 7:30 p.m. In Attendance were the following:
Buhrman, Ekstrom, Howell, Nadeau, Schepler. Absent: Cadotte, Thacker. Also in attendance
were: Director of Community Development Napolitano, Deputy Clerk Kunzer.
Development Review Software
Introduction and Training
Director of Community Development Napolitano introduced Jerry Davenport of The Davenport
Group whose firm was recently contracted with the City to provide a development review
software product. Mr. Davenport was in attendance this evening in order to provide the
commissioners with an overview of the program and instructions on how to access it for viewing
current and upcoming development projects.
Mr. Davenport proceeded to demonstrate the program and respond to commissioners’ inquiries
and comments.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
