Absent: Buhrman, Cadotte, Ekstrom, Schepler. Also in attendance were: Planner Kolner, Deputy Clerk Kunzer. Audience Members in attendance: Cynthia Bladow, 2511 Bennington Lane, McHenry IL 60050 Bill Marinangel, 1911 Tyler Trail, McHenry IL 60051 Joe Doherty, 1259 N Green Street, McHenry IL 60050 Jim Schmidt, 3507 West Elm Street, McHenry IL 60050 Don Doherty, 1410 N Green Street, McHenry IL 60050 Attorney Steven Cuda, 101 Van Buren Street, Woodstock IL 60098 Mark Justen, 3519 West Elm Street, McHenry IL 60050. Public Hearing: Cynthia Bladow File No. Z-719 2511 Bennington Lane Minor Variance Chairman Howell called the Public Hearing to order at 7:37 p.m. regarding File No. Z-719, an application for minor variance as submitted by Cynthia Bladow for the property located at 2511 Bennington Lane, which was called to order and recessed on December 20, 2007, and, due to a lack of quorum, recessed the hearing again until January 17, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. Chairman Howell recessed the Public Hearing at 7:38 p.m. Public Hearing: Carl Pryzborowski File No. Z-720 Zoning, CUP and Variances 1615 Schroeder Lane Chairman Howell called the Public Hearing to order at 7:39 p.m. regarding File No. Z-720, an application for zoning map amendment, conditional use permit and variances as submitted by Carl Pryzborowski for the property located at 1615 Schroeder Lane, which was called to order and recessed on December 20, 2007, and, due to a lack of quorum, recessed the hearing again until January 17, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. Chairman Howell closed the Public Hearing at 7:40 p.m. Public Hearing: Terraco/Gendell Realty Partners File No. Z-721 Zoning, CUP, Variances and Use Variance 3609-3611 and 3519 West Elm Street Chairman Howell called the Public Hearing to order at 7:41 p.m. regarding File No. Z-721, an application for zoning map amendment, conditional use permit, variances and a use variance as submitted by Terraco for the property located at 3609-3611 and 3519 West Elm Street.
