Variances from the Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinances and consideration of a
Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision

CVS Pharmacy), 501 Pennsylvania Parkway, Suite 160, Indianapolis, IN 46280
Requested Actions:
Conditional Use Permit to allow a drive-in establishment;
Variances from the zoning ordinance pertaining to lot frontage along an arterial
roadway, landscaping and screening; Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat
approval; Variance from the subdivision control and development ordinance to
exceed the maximum driveway slopes; and any other Variances from the zoning
ordinance and/or subdivision control and development ordinance which may be
necessary to authorize the construction and development of an approximately
13,225 square-foot CVS Pharmacy with associated drive-thru facility in
