Approval of Meeting Minutes : January 16, 2014 6. • Z-820 Public Hearing –Zoning Map Amendment, Conditional Use Permit to allow an Integrated Design District Plan and consideration of a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision Applicant: The Pacini Group LLC Land Trust 1ST Nations Bank and Trust, Trust #1761 (record title holder) Banner Acquisitions LLC (contract purchaser) • Requested Action: Zoning Map Amendment from I-1 Industrial to Integrated Design District (IDD), Conditional Use Permit to allow Integrated Design District Plan and Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval for Bull Valley Ridge. Box 23018, Lincoln, NE 68542 (Business Owner-Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar); Helco Corporation, 512 Elmwood Ave., Wilmette, IL 60091 (Property Owner) • Requested Action: Conditional Use Permit to allow a restaurant with live entertainment. Proposal is to allow inside entertainment, consisting primarily of a dee jay, trivia and karaoke, in conjunction with the operation of a sit down/carry-out restaurant (Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar) • Location of Subject Property: The subject property is located at 1700 N Richmond Road (Illinois Route 31), is part of a larger 2.07 acre parcel, which also includes a separate multi-tenant retail-service building (11,650 square feet) and is also located within the McHenry Plaza Shopping Center 8.
