6. Z-880 Public Hearing – Use Variance to allow a restaurant serving alcohol with outdoor
seating, service and consumption of food and alcohol outdoors, as well as an outdoor
fire pit and any other variances required from, including but not limited to, Article III.
General District Regulations: H. Operations within Enclosed Buildings Outdoor Seating
required effectuating the aforementioned request on the Subject Property located at
209 Front Street, McHenry, IL.
Applicant: Matt Ahmeti, 394 E. Irving Park Road, Roselle, IL 60172
Requested Action: Use Variance to allow a restaurant serving alcohol with
outdoor seating, service and consumption of food and alcohol outdoors, as well
as an outdoor fire pit and any other variances required from, including but not
limited to, Article III. General District Regulations: H. Operations within Enclosed

Location of Subject Property: The subject property is located at 209 Front Street
(Illinois Route 31), McHenry, IL
7. Z-879 Public Hearing – Variance from Article X. Accessory Uses, Yards and Fences to
allow more than two accessory structures/buildings on the Subject Property; Variance
to exceed maximum permissible height for accessory structures/buildings as well as
maximum cumulative square footage for all accessory structures/buildings on the
Subject Property; Any other Variances required to maintain the existing uncompleted
and previously constructed improvements on the Subject Property as well as all
previously existing accessory building and structures constructed prior to the date of
this application on the Subject Property located at 4724 W. Crystal Lake Road,
McHenry, IL.
Applicant: McHenry Community High School District 156, 4716 W. Crystal Lake

Requested Action: Variance from Article X. Accessory Uses, Yards and Fences to
allow more than two accessory structures/buildings on the Subject Property;
Variance to exceed maximum permissible height for accessory
structures/buildings as well as maximum cumulative square footage for all
accessory structures/buildings on the Subject Property; and Any other Variances
required to maintain the existing uncompleted and previously constructed

the Subject Property located at 1112 Front Street, McHenry, IL.

9. Z-878 Public Hearing – Use Variance to allow outdoor storage in conjunction with the
operation of a mini warehouse facility, along with outdoor sale and storage of bulk fuel
and any other Variances required to effectuate the aforementioned request on the
Subject Property located at 2019 Richmond Road, McHenry, IL.
Applicant: AMERCO Real Estate Company, 2727 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ
85004 and WalMart Real Est. Bus. Tr., P.O. Box 8050, Bentonville, AR 72712-
8055, Property Owner.
Requested Action: Use Variance to allow outdoor storage in conjunction with the
