6. Z-871 Public Hearing –Variances to allow a reduction in the required front, corner side
and rear yard building setback requirements to allow the expansion of an existing
residence and construction of a 900 square-foot addition to the existing attached
garage at 807 Oakwood Drive.
Applicant: Jeffrey Jensen, 807 Oakwood Dr., McHenry, IL 60050
Requested Action: Variances from Article IV. Residential Districts, Table 4:
Residential District Requirements, to allow a reduction in the required front,
corner side and rear yard building setback requirements to allow the expansion
of an existing residence and construction of a 900 square-foot addition to the
existing attached garage on the subject property.
Location of Subject Property: The subject property is located at 807 Oakwood
Drive, McHenry, IL

7. Z-874 Final Plat of Subdivision First Amended Plat to Parkview Plaza
Applicant: James Marinangel, McHenry Savings Bank, 353 Bank Drive, McHenry,
IL 60050
Requested Action: Consideration of a subdivision plat amendment to facilitate a
right-in/right-out access along South Illinois Route 31 and waiver of two
provisions required for simultaneous approval of a preliminary and final plat of
subdivision
Size and Location of Subject Property: The subject property consists of
approximately 14 acres and is located north and south of Bank Drive and east of
Illinois Route 31
8. Z-873 Public Hearing – Conditional use permit to allow a drive-in establishment and
outdoor seating/ variances from the landscaping and screening, accessory uses, yards
and fences and off-street parking and loading requirements, and any other Variances
required to develop the property in substantial conformance with the site and
landscape plans and building elevations submitted as part of the planning and zoning
public hearing application for the property located at the southwest corner of Front
Street (Illinois Route 31) and Oak Ave. in McHenry, ILt
Applicant: Suresh Patel, 1180 Heather Drive, Lake Zurich, IL 60047
Requested Action: Conditional use permit to allow a drive-in establishment and
