7. Z-869 Public Hearing – Zoning Map Amendment from RS-4 High Density Single Family
Residential to C-5 Highway Commercial District, a Conditional Use Permit to allow
outdoor storage in conjunction with a contractor’s office, and any other Variances
required effectuating the aforementioned request at 920 N. Front Street and Lot
immediately to the east
