Requested Action: Conditional use permit to allow an assembly use (educational
institution) and proposed addition of approximately 11,200 square feet and any
other variances required effectuating the aforementioned request
Location of Subject Property: The subject property is located at 701 N. Green St.

institution), proposed building additions totaling approximately 14,130 square feet, as
well as a parking lot expansion and any other variances required effectuating the
aforementioned request at 6515 Illinois Route 120 (Valley View Elementary School).
