outdoors at Fountain Shoppes (Courtyard Area) and restaurant located at 335-337 Front St.
within the Fountain Shoppes of McHenry Shopping Center and any other Variances required
effectuating the aforementioned request on the Subject Property

Requested Actions: Variance from Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements for
Fountain Shoppes of McHenry Shopping Center (313-341 Front St.) and Use Variance to
allow a Restaurant serving alcohol with outdoor seating, service and consumption of
food and alcohol outdoors at Fountain Shoppes (Courtyard Area) and restaurant located

7. Z-892 Public Hearing – Variance from Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements for Liberty
Square Shopping Center (4103-4119 Shamrock Lane) and Use Variance to allow a tavern at
4117 Shamrock Lane within the Liberty Square Shopping Center, and any other Variances
required effectuating the aforementioned request on the Subject Property.

Requested Actions: Variance from Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements for
Liberty Square Shopping Center and Use Variance to allow a tavern at 4117 Shamrock
Lane, McHenry, IL, within the Liberty Square Shopping Center and any other Variances
required effectuating the aforementioned request
Location of Subject Property: The subject property is located at the southwest corner of
Shamrock Lane and IL Route 31 Liberty Square Shopping Center, 4103-4119 Shamrock
Lane, McHenry, IL 60050. Tavern proposed at 4117 Shamrock Lane
8. Z-896 Public Hearing – Conditional Use Permit to allow an assembly use (public/private
event/gathering space) at 1118 and 1122 N. Green St., located at River Place and any other
Variances required effectuating the aforementioned request on the Subject Property.
Applicant: Mixin Mingle, 1118-1122 N. Green St., McHenry, IL 60050.
Requested Action: Conditional Use Permit to allow an assembly use (public/private
event/gathering space) at 1118 and 1122 N. Green St., located at River Place, and any
other Variances required effectuating the aforementioned request
Location of Subject Property: The subject property (River Place) is generally located at
the northeast corner of Green St. and Waukegan Rd. and assembly use proposed at
1118 and 1122 N. Green St., McHenry, IL 60050 within River Place
