6. Z-893 Public Hearing – Use Variance to allow a financial institution within the Shops at
Fox River Shopping Center and any other variances required effectuating the
aforementioned request on the Subject Property located at 3340 Shoppers Dr.
Applicant: Mariner Finance, LLC, 8211 Town Center Dr., Baltimore MD 21236
(applicant) and DDR McHenry Square, LLC, 3300 Enterprise Parkway,
Beachwood, OH 44122 (property owner).
Requested Action: Use Variance to allow a financial institution within the Shops
at Fox River Shopping Center any other Variances required to effectuate the
aforementioned request.
Location of Subject Property: The subject property is located at 3340 Shoppers
Dr., McHenry, IL.
