6. Z-890 Public Hearing – Conditional Use Permit to allow an assembly use (educational
institution) and building alteration totaling approximately 3,760 square feet and any
other variances required effectuating the aforementioned request on the Subject
Property located at 2120 W. Lincoln Rd. (McHenry Middle School).
Applicant: McHenry Elementary School District 15, 1011 N. Green Street,
McHenry, IL 60050.
Requested Action: Conditional Use Permit to allow an assembly use (educational
institution) and building alteration totaling approximately 3,760 square feet any
other Variances required to effectuate the aforementioned request.
Location of Subject Property: The subject property is located at 2120 W. Lincoln
Rd. (McHenry Middle School).

for McHenry Market Place Shopping Center (4310-4400 Elm Street).

Requested Action: Variance from the Off-Street Parking and Loading
Requirements for McHenry Market Place Shopping Center (4310-4400 Elm
Street).
Location of Subject Property: The subject property is approximately 10 acres,
and is at the northwest corner of Oak/Industrial Drive and W Elm Street (Illinois
Route 120).
