Diamond Plaza Shopping Center (3501-3525 Diamond Dr.) and Conditional Use Permit to allow
a Tavern at 3515 Diamond Drive within the Diamond Plaza Shopping Center in McHenry, IL and
any other Variances required effectuating the aforementioned request on the Subject
Property.
Applicant: Lacey’s Place Series McHenry, 1903 N. Neil St., Suite C, Champaign, IL 62025
(“Applicant”) and Marietti Properties Illinois, LLC, 849 N. Franklin St., Unit 1018, Chicago,
IL 60610 (“Property Owner”)
Requested Action: Variance from Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements for
Diamond Plaza Shopping Center (3501-3525 Diamond Dr.) and Conditional Use Permit
to allow a Tavern at 3515 Diamond Drive within the Diamond Plaza Shopping Center in
McHenry, IL and any other Variances required effectuating the aforementioned request
on the Subject Property.
Location of Subject Property: The subject property is located at 3515 Diamond Dr.,
McHenry, IL 60050
