Requested Action: Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage of vehicles in
conjunction with a towing operation/contractor’s office.
Location of Subject Property: The Subject property is located at 4564 Bull Valley Road,
west of IL Route 31 and north of Northwestern Medicine Hospital.

assembly use (“educational institution”) to allow an approximately 64,000 square foot
addition to the existing high school and Variances to Table 4: Residential District
Requirements to exceed the maximum building height in feet for residential uses only;
Variance to Article VIII. Landscaping and Screening to forgo the requirement for
parking lot landscaping islands; Variance to Article X. Accessory Uses, Yards & Fences
to allow the construction of a salt dome and any other Variances required to construct
the Plan in accordance with the documents submitted as part of the public hearing
application at 4724 and 4716 W Crystal Lake Road.
