Authorization for the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk to Execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of McHenry and Illinois Fraternal Order of Police, representing City of McHenry Police Civilian Personnel (Unit 2) for the period May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2029 (Chief Birk) B. Ordinance Authorizing Execution of the 2025 Extension of the Northern Illinois Purchasing Cooperative (“NIPC”) 2020 Intergovernmental Agreement for the Purchase of Power Supplies and Other Goods and Services; Waiving Local Bidding Requirements for Purchases Made through NIPC; and Authorizing Purchase Agreements Made through NIPC (Deputy Clerk Johnson) C. Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement Providing for Membership in the Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network (Deputy Clerk Johnson) D. Ordinance prohibiting the use of groundwater as a potable water supply by the installation or use of potable water supply wells or by any other method on or around the property at 4713 W Elm in the City of McHenry (Director Polerecky) E. Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the McHenry Township Fire Protection District for the use of the City owned Emergency Siren Network (Chief Birk) F. Don’s Subs Liquor and Gaming Motion to approve a Class B liquor license and video gaming license to Don’s Subs LLC, located at 4911 W Elm Street, McHenry (Deputy Clerk Johnson) B. Oakwood Drive Bridge Funding and Engineering Agreement Motion to award the Engineering Services Agreement to Baxter & Woodman, approve the Joint Funding Agreement with IDOT, and pass the Resolution for funding for the Oakwood Drive Bridge Project and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreements including any revisions required by IDOT ‘s review (Acting Director Adams) 8.
