ASSESSMENT PROJECT Carl Moon of Baxter & Woodman addressed the Council concerning a January 20, 1993 letter which spelled out the scope of the sanitary sewer - project in the Country Club Estates subdivision, and the various engineering approaches to designing the system. The engineer's estimate ranged from $370,000 to $482,000. Since the lower cost alternative developed through the engineer's estimate of cost was considerably higher than the original estimated cost that was presented to the residents of the Country Club Estates subdivision, it was felt that residents of the area should be made aware of these increased costs before proceeding with the project.
