ORDINANCE.
SECTION 1. Be it onlatnbd by the President
and Board of Trios toes of the village of 11c-

person or persons, by agent or otherwise, to

toxicated, or to any person who is in the habit
of getting intoxicated, or to keep open their
dram shop or saloon on Sunday.
SECTION 3. It shall. be unlawful for any
person or persons, by agent or otherwise, to
keep for inlblic. use any pool or billiard table
or tables to said village, except in such p',ace
or places as are licensed for dram shops,with.
eat first procuring. a, license from the Village!
Board to do so. The applicant shall pay ten
dollars per year into the village treasury for
each pool or billiard.table so licensed to be
kept.
SECTION 4. Any person violating •sections
1 or 2 of this ordina.nee shall on conviction for.
felt and pay a, liiie, of not less than twenty.

tion ; and any persona violating section 3 of this

SECTIONS. All, ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances relating to licer.sing' dram shops or
pool or billiard tables, heretofore enacted by
the President and Board of Trustees of this
village, and now in force, in conflict with this
ordinance, are hereby repealed.
