RELATING TO THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHIGLES
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessar3r in the public interest to implement
the safety and safeguard the welfare of the citizens of ricHenry by keeping
all the thorou�hfares and streets of the City of McHenry free from dangerous
snow accumulations during the winter months:
NCW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City of �TcHenry, Illinois,
that Chapter 18, Article 5, of the Aiunicipal Code of the City of I�icHenry, be
and hereby is am�ended by the addition and inclusion of the follrnaing ordinance,
�, hereafter to i�e designated as Paragraph 1�70A of Article 5 of Chapter 18 of the
Municipal Code of the City of A4cHenry;
It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle in ar�y
street in the City of Mchenry between the hours of
2:00 a.m. and 6;00 a.m. from the lst da.y of Novernber
until the 30th day of April, inclusive, in any year.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect follawing its
adoption and publication as by statute ma,de and provided, and violations hereof
shall be subject to the penalties as set forth in Article 7 of Chapter 18 of
the l�unicipal Code of the �ity of McHenry. �11 ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed insofar as a conflict shall exist between them and the terms of
` this ordinance
