' NUW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
MeHenry� County of McHenry, State of Illinois
IThat para.graph 1�08, Article 2, Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code of

;� the City of McHenry, County of McHenry, State of Illinois, be, and hereby is,

;j amended to read as follows:
