i� Ordinance amending Paragraph 380 of Article 3 of Chapter

� 15 of the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry.
'� WHEREAS , The City Council of the City of McHenry has duly
'' considered the advisability of amending the said Paragraph 380 of

i; Article 3 of Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code of the City of
�;

;; McHenry, and ;

'' WHEREAS , It is in the interest of public health to contro
� I
i;'; the disposal of refuse r�ithin the corpora�e limits , and ;
�:
jj WHEREAS, It is to the interest of the residents of the
�;;; City of McHenry to prevent noxious vapors and unc�mbusted refuse t
I;
i; become a public or private nuisance .

�� WHERE.�S , the City Council of the City of McHenry i $ em-
I�
�� powered by statute to effect such changes and impose such re�ula-
��j tions as are deemed necessary in the interest of public health and
i
; welfare.
� NOW , THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the

'I City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois that Paragraph 380 of
�;
�,, � Articl� 3, Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry
;;' shall be and is , amended and enlarged as follows :
�
Paragraph 380 : It shall be unlawful for any person, or
€' place af business , to burn garbage of an animal or vegetable
- - - ��� nature within the City limits of the City of McHenry and the
;,
burnin� or disposal of waste papers , cartons , or similar p�com-
;� bustible waste shall be effected only irf suitable , approved
{
�; burners.
