Code of the City of McHenry be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"There shall be no more than 18 Class A, 6
Class B and 1 Class D licenses in force in
the City at ar�y time. Limitation on Class
C is hereby removed.��
SECTION II All ordinances or parts of ordinances nory in effect in

conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SFxTION III This Ordinance shall take effect fran and after the
beginning of the fiscal year on May 1, 191�8.
