1� �F TH� MUNICIPAL CODT OF THE CITY OF McF�NRY�

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of MeHenry,
McHenry County, Illinois, as Pollows, to-wits
SE�_TIDN I That Section 276 of Article !�, Chapter 12 of the Municipal
Code of the City oP McHenry be, and the same is hereby amended by the

addition of a license to be lmawn as a Cla�s F license, in addition to
the other clasa licenses now existing. The annual fes for said Clasa F
license ehall be the aum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollara.
SDCTION II A Clase F license shall authorize the sale of alcoholic
liquor on the premises specified, Por consumption on the premisea on1y,
and Clas� F licen8es ahall be issued only to cluba or social organizations;
said license ahall authorize the licensee to sell liquor in the club
quartera only and shall not be traneferable. Liquor ahall not be sold
to any peraon other than membera of said club holding said license or to
guests of said club.
S�7CTION III That Section 280 of Article 1�, page 12 of the Municipal
�
Code of the City oY McHenry be and the same is hereby amended to read
se follows:
"It ahall be unlaaful For a�yone not having a
Class A, B. D or P' licenee to sell or offer for
sale any alcoholic liquor for consumption on
the premises avhere sold, or to permit the same
to be coneumed ai the premisea where aold."
SF)CTIOid IV All Ordinanasa heretofore pasaed in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.

passage, approval and publication according to law.
