t3P IT ORDAIN.� by the City Council of the City of Pa2cHenry,
McHenry County, Illinois, as follo�rs, to-wit:
S�TIOn1 I. That paragraph 1, �ection �7b of Article l�, Chapter
12 of the ulunicipal Code of the City of i::cHenry be, and the sa�e
�
is hereby amended to read as follows:
(1) CI,ASS A LICEDtSE - It shall authorize the
retail sale on the premises of alcoholic
liquor for consumption on the premises
as well as other retail sales of such
liquor. Annnal fee for such license
shall be $500.00.
(2) CLASS B . LICENSE - which shall authorize
the reta2l sale of bottled beer in res-
taurants, when purchGsed v�ith food only
for consumption on the premises v�hera sold.
�1'he annual fee for such linenses shall be
$100.00.
(3) CI.ASS C LIC�dSE - �vhich shall authorize the
retail sale of alcoholic liquor in packages
only, by a licensed p�arrnacist, but not for
consumption on the pretnises where it is sold.
The annual fee for such licenses shall be the

su� of $175.00.
(!}) CLASS D LIC�vT5E - which shall authorize the
retail sale of beer for consumption on the
premises where it is solc'_, in dance hall or dance
pavilions only, and only during those hours i�hen
dances are bein� conducted in d�nce halls or dance
pavilions. The annual fee for such licenses shall
be the sum of $215.00.
�ECTIOIvT II. All Ordinances lzeretofore passed in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTI�vT ZII This Ordinance shall take effect f'rom and a�ter the be-
ginning of the fiscal �ear on Pday lst, 19l�6.
