MUNICIPAL CO7�' OF THE CITY OF B�':I�NRY
C OUNry OF McH�7RY, STATE OF ILT,INOIS
B� iT ORDAINID b,y the City Council of the City of
McHenry, McI3enry County, Illinois, as follows, to-wit:
S�TION 1. That Section 176 of Chapter 10 of the Municipal
Code of the City of McHenry be, and the ssme ig hereby amended
�- so that said Section 176 shall read as follows, to-e�i.ts
�'In the absence of provision to the contrary�
all fees and char�es f or licenses or permits
shall be paid in advance at the time applica-
tian therefor is made to the City Clerk."
S�7CTION II All ordinances heretofore passed in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed. The invalidity of ar� part of this
Ordinance shall not affect such parts of this Ordinance as shall be
other�ise valid.
SECTION III This Ordina nce shall teke efPect from and after its
passa�e and approval.
