S�CTION I. That Sectioa 125, Brticle 4, Chapter 8, oP the Lmin.icipal Code

"Central Standard Time shall he the official time within the Citp
for the transaction oP all business, �cept that at tv�o o�clock

the City shall he advanced one hour, and two o'olock a. �. on the
last Sunday oP Octoher shall he retaxded one hour returning to
standard time; and all legal or official proceedings of the Ci.ty

shall be reg�ulated thereb�."
"All clocks and other timepieces in or upon public buildings or
other preQni ses maintai.ned at the expense of the City shall be set
and run according to the official time provided in this section,
and it is hereh�r made the duty of the Chief of Police to ses t�at the
said clocks and other timepieces are set and run in accordance wiith
the official time as provided in this section.
"All per9ons residin.g within tne city and all persons and corpora-
tions doing business within the city are hereby requested to set axuZ
run ax�y and all alocks or other timepieces under their control within
the city in accordance with the official time ss pro�ided in this
seCtion."
SECTION II. All ordinances heretofore passed in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed. The invalidity of any part of this Ordinance shall not
affect suoh parts of this Ox�dinance as ahall be otherwise valid.

S�CTION III. This Ordinance shall take effect from �d after its passage
and apPi'oval.
