BE IT ORlXAINED by the City Coun,cil oi the Cit;� oi McHenry, P�TcHenry
County, Illinois, as follows, to-v�it:
SECTION 1. That para�raph 9 of ;Article 1 of Chapter 2 of the
�Zunicipal Code of the City of McHenry be, and tne same is hereby amend-
ed to rend as follo�sr

9 Meetings.) The re�tzlar meetin�s of the Council shall
be held in the Council roora on the first and third I��Zon-
days in eacY: r:ionth at the hour oi eight (8) P.M. Frovided
that if the re�ular meetin� falls on a le�al holiday,
the meetin; shall take place on the next day at the same
hour and place. Adjourned meetings may be held at such
other times as the Council may deter:nine.

hereby repealed.
SECTIOPI TII. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after the begin-
ning of the fiscal year on May 1, 19�+3•
