0 R D I N A N C E
BE IT ORDAINED by the City of MeHenry, 21.1inois, that
Chapter 19 of the Municipal Code of the City of McHenxy, Illinois
be and it hereby is amended by repealing Article Three as amended�
thereof in its entirety arri inserting in lieu thereof the Building
Ordinance of McHenry County, Illinois, as published by the County
of MeHenry on the 12th day of Ju1y, 1955, excepting such portions
of the said Building Qrdinance of McHenry County� Tllinois, as are

her�inafter deleted, modified, or amended, of which said Ordinance
not less than three copies have been and naw are filed in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of McHenry, and the same Code
is hereby adopted and incorporated as full as if se� out at length
herein, and from the date on which this Ordinace shall -take effect�
the provisions thereof sha1.1 be controlling within the corporate
limits of the City o� McHenry.
AMENDMENTS TO THE McHEN`fLY CaUNTY
BUILDING CODE
Section 102 - deleted in its entirety
� 5ection 103 - deleted in its entirety
Section 101� -�sub paragraph (a) and sub-paragraph (b) are
deleted in their entirety.
Seetion 106 and 107 - deleted in their entirety
Section 317 - deleted in its entirety
Section 318 - delete last paragraph thereof reading as follawss
�'Said report is now on file in the office of the County
Clerk of McHenry County, Zllinois� as provided by said
statute, and also in the office of the Building Offieer."
And amend said Section 318 by adding thereto the followings

"Said report is now on file in the Office of the City
Clerk of the City of McHenry, T1linois,"
Section 319 - deleted in it s entirety.

Article Four� Preamble - delete Section 1�01 and Section l�O6
in their entirety.
Article Four - Section 502 - delete sub-paragraph (A) in it�
entirety and amend by adding thereto sub-paragraph (A) shall
be subject to the City of McHenry 2oning Qrdinance.
That portion of the Building Code of McHenry County p�rtaining
to the estab].ishment of fees for permits under the said Ordinance
is to be deleted in its entirety.
� This Ordinance shall be effective after first being passed
and approved by the City Council of the City of McHenry� Z1linois�
and ten(10) days following publication thereof� as by statute
provided.
Al1 ord.inances� resolutions� or rules and regulations, or
any part thereof, in conflict here�wi.th are hereby repealed.
Passed by the City Council of the City of McHenxy� I1linois
at its regular meeting on the 15 day of Ju1y A.D. 1957.
