� RDINANCE
BE IT ORDASN�D by the Gity of IyicHenry, Illinoie, that
Ghapter 19 of the Mwnicipal Code of the City of McHenry, ILlinois, be
and it hexeby is amended by repealing Article Three as amended,
thereof in its entirety a.nd in.serting in lieu thereof the Buil.din.� Ordinanc
of McHenry County, Illinois, as puhlished by the County of McHenry
on the 12th day of July, 1955, eaccepting such porti.on.s of the said
� Building Ordima.nce of McHenry County, Illinoie, as are hereis�a,fter

deleted, modified, or amended, of wiaich said Ordinance not less
than three copies ha.ve been and now are filed in th.e Office of the
City Clerk of the City of McHenry, and the same Code is hereby
adopted and incorporated as full as if set out at length herein, and
from the da.te on which thi.s Ordi.n.a,ace sha.11 take effect, the provisions
thereof sha11 be controlling within the corporate limits of the City
of McHenry.

in their entirety.
Article Four - Section 502 � delete sub-paragraph (Aj

That porti.on of the Building Code of McHenry County per�
taining to the establishment of fees for permits under the
said Ord.ina.nce is to be deleted in its entirety.

This Ordinance shall be effective after first being passed
and approved by the City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois,
and ten (10) days following publication thereof, as by statute provided.
All ordin.ances, resolutions, or rules and regulations, or
any part thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
