BE IT ORDAINED by the President and. Board of Trustees of the Village
of P;"cfienry9 Illinois,
SECTIOII 1. That after the passage and taking effect of this Ordinance al"1
persons licensed under the provisions of the ordinance concerning Intoxicatin;
Liquors shall at the hour of closing, clear and exclude from his, her or their
place of Uusiness, all customers, guests or persons, and shell keep the sane
so closed untill the time of opening, as provided by said ordinance, and during
all hours when closed as provided bg said ordinance, all shades, blinds, screens
and other means of obstructing a.vietiv of the inside obi said place of business,
shall be removed and lights shall be kept burning therein a� all times during
the night so that a clear and unobstructed view of the inside of all such
premises nay be had from the outside through all iindows and other means of
admitting; light into such place in the front, rear and sides of same, and every
person who shall, by himself, herself, clerk, anent or servant, violate any
of the provisions of thissection shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty-five(t'25.) Dollars nor more than Fifty (�50) Dollars for each and every

offense.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force
after its passage and publication.
