BE IT .ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF McHENRY, IN THE COUNTY OF McHENRY AND STATE OF ILLTNOIS:

Section 1. That ther® be and is her®by appropriated from any money
that now is or hereafter may be in the village Treasury, of the
Village of McHenry, in the County of McHenry and State of Illinois,
not otherwi use appropriated, the following some of money for the
purposes hereinafter specified, to defray the necessary expenses
amd liabilities of said Village for the fiscal yoar beginning
