AN ORDINANCE REPEALING OFFICE OF SU PERINTENDENT OF STREETS.

Be it ords.ined by the Pr. esiderat and Bos.rd of
Trustees of the Village of McHenry, County of McHenry and
State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the ordinance passed by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of M�Henry, Illinoi�a,
on May 2, 1921 and approved by the President of said Board
of Trustees on said date, May 2, 1921, creating and eatablish-
ing th® office of Superintendent of Streets, and every part
thereof, is hereby repealed; and that said office of Superin-
tendent of Streets is hereby s,bolished and annulled.
Section �2. That this ordinance be in full force and effect
from and. after its passage and roval actor to law.
